·       The varsity girls’ basketball team traveled to Sussex for Basketball NB’s division 3 Girls Provincial Tournament over the weekend.  The Girls lost to Barnhill and defeated Nelson on Saturday.  This record put the girls in 1^st place in their pool putting them into the semi-finals against Sussex Middle on Sunday.  The girls sadly came up short in this game and would also end up playing for the Bronze Medal.  The girls defeated Nelson Rural again 61-55.  Leading the way for your wildcats were Claire Edwards with 30 points and Annabelle McDevitt chipped in with 16 points.  Great effort and Great season girls!

·       The Varsity Boys Basketball team hosted Basketball NB’s Division 3 Boys Provincial Tournament over the weekend.  The boys lost to Barnhill, then defeated McAdam on Saturday to finish 2^nd in their pool and advance to Sunday’s Semi-Final.  On Sunday the boys were defeated by St. Stephen, putting them into the Bronze Medal game against Harvey.  The Boys went on to defeat Harvey 60-51.  Brayden Rogers led the way with 22.  Grady Sheppard had 12, Cameron Throop had 10 and Grandy Folkins was named player of the game with 13 rebounds and 6 steals.  Great job boys and great season!

·       The boys Varsity Volleyball Tryouts are after school today from 3-4:30pm.  The 2^nd tryout will run on Thursday at the same time.

·       Varsity Girls Volleyball tryouts will start tomorrow after school running from 3-4:30 pm.

·       In the Gym today at Lunch:  Volleyball game on 1 side for grade 6 girls (Max 24 players) and Basketball free shooting on the other side for Grade 7 and Grade 8 girls (Maximum 20 participants).

·        All Varsity Girls Basketball players go to the gym at recess.​
